Jana Krameris happy with how her family is getting along.
While speaking withBrian Austin GreenandSharna Burgesson her podcast,Whine Down, about co-parenting, the pregnant podcast host, 39, shared a sweet scene that recently unfolded between fiancéAllan Russelland exMike Caussin, with whom she shares sonJace Joseph, 4½, and daughterJolie Rae, 7.
“My ex-husband was here the other day dropping off the kids because he knew that me and my fiancé were moving into our new house, and he’s like, ‘I’ll just come drop the kids off,’ " the expectant mom shared.
“And he came in and he had a beer with Allan,” she continued, noting that as she took in the moment between her ex and her fiancé, “I remember sitting there going, ‘This is really cool. I never would have dreamt it this way, but this is cool.'”
Russell, 42, is also a dad to 16-year-old son Troy from his previous relationship.

Chatting exclusively with PEOPLE at theiHeartRadio Music Festivalin Las Vegas last week, Kramer spoke candidly about the challenges she is facing during pregnancy this time around.
“Obviously it’s been a little bit harder. I’m just a little older and this is my third kid,” the expectant mom said.
“Things are a little different now, but it’s great,” she continued. “I’m just so blessed. I didn’t think this would be possible, so it’s a beautiful, beautiful thing.”

With her second child, Jace, Kramer said, she said had hadhyperemesis gravidarum– or severe nausea.
“I didn’t think it would ever happen again, if I’m being honest. I’ve been through a lot, so this has just been a really beautiful thing,” she continued. “I’m letting it all sink in. It’s everything I’ve wanted and more. Allan was so sweet. He wrote me this little sticky note saying, ‘You deserve the happy ending.'”
