We ’ve already had a small tease of themore - than - slightly anticipatedWalking Dead spin - off so imaginatively titledDaryl Dixon , where the eponymous hero sandwich can be seenfloating unconscious on a boatin what is presumptively the Atlantic ocean on his manner to France . Now , AMC has released a two - minute prevue … and if you were hop-skip for more contingent , this is n’t going to do much for you . But at least it ’s easy on the eyes !

Daryl ’s in France ! Daryl want to get back home ! This is quite expected ! The official sum-up of the show is also incredibly vague in that classic Walking Dead “ we ca n’t let anyone gain any information here ” personal manner :

The series tracks his journeying across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to retrieve a way back home . It ’s only June , so we ’ll almost certainly get another trailer before Daryl Dixon debuts this fall , likely at San Diego Comic - Con next month . For now , we ’ll have to content ourselves with the breakthrough thatMelissa McBride ’s Carolwill be reunite with her BFF … somehow .
