Step aside Bigfoot and Nessie — it ’s the Jersey Devil ’s opportunity to shine . The new announce slate of upcoming Sci Fi originals from output company RHI ( Tin Man ) wo n’t disappoint those looking for forged performing and even worse special effects . First in the deal is Alien Western , which is rig in the 1890s , featuring large bug machines who attack the wild west townspeople ( I ’m assuming this will get all kinds of steampunky ) . Next up is Sand Serpents , starring Jason Gedrick . dress in Afghanistan , the picture show stick to a group of American soldier who are under attack from the Taliban … and giant carnivorous serpents . The third newly harbinger plastic film is titled Carney , and is based on the Jersey Devil caption . A sideshow attraction escapes and terrorize the Ithiel Town . Next twelvemonth promises to be a Modern superlative for the Sci Fi Channel ’s TV flick originals , since the television channel rationalise costs last twelvemonth for these special projects .
